From the stamp site you have a beautiful panoramic view of the abandoned Heimberg diabase quarry. The quarry was in operation for over 100 years and was closed in 1987 and placed under nature protection. An approximately 3.3 km long circular trail with further viewpoints leads around the quarry.

The easiest way to reach the stamping point is from Wolfshagen. From the parking lot in the village via the main road, the narrow Sattlerstieg, past the cemetery and a little way through the forest to the stamp box.
