Wooden hut in the countryside with mountain views

Friends of the Harz Mountains from Bremen erected the first hut in Bremen, but it fell victim to a storm in 2008 and was rebuilt about 50 m away from the national park. The hut offers a beautiful view of the Brocken.

From the “Blochauer” hiking parking lot in the Ilse valley, follow the Bremer Weg past the Heinestein and the Ilse Falls to the Bremer Hütte. The Heinrich Heine Trail continues uphill via Stempelsbuche HWN 8, Hermannstraße, Hermannsklippe and Hirtenstieg past Bismarckklippe up to Brockenhaus HWN 9.
