Dit was bedoeld om de slech\u00adte eco\u00adno\u00admi\u00adsche situ\u00ada\u00adtie van de mijn\u00adbouw\u00adste\u00adden Claust\u00adhal, Zel\u00adler\u00adfeld en Alte\u00adnau te ver\u00adbe\u00adte\u00adren.<br>Bin\u00adnen twee jaar wer\u00adden de plan\u00adnen zo con\u00adcreet dat begin 1914 het 20&nbsp;kilo\u00adme\u00adter lan\u00adge tra\u00adject van Claust\u00adhal Ost\u00adbahn\u00adhof via Bun\u00adten\u00adbock, Lerbach en Frei\u00adheit naar Oste\u00adro\u00adde was uit\u00adge\u00adzet en er al spo\u00adren door het bos waren gehakt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Ondanks de enor\u00adme bouw\u00adkos\u00adten werd de spoor\u00adlijn door veel betrok\u00adke\u00adnen als winst\u00adge\u00advend beschouwd, wat van\u00addaag de dag nau\u00adwe\u00adlijks voor\u00adstel\u00adbaar is. Het gro\u00adte hoog\u00adte\u00adver\u00adschil tus\u00adsen Bun\u00adten\u00adbock en Lerbach ver\u00adeis\u00adte drie tun\u00adnels met leng\u00adtes van 150, 300&nbsp;en 550&nbsp;meter, negen via\u00adduc\u00adten tot 150&nbsp;meter lang en 30&nbsp;meter hoog en elf via\u00adduc\u00adten en onder\u00addoor\u00adgan\u00adgen langs het spoor. De dor\u00adpen Bun\u00adten\u00adbock, Lerbach en Frei\u00adheit moesten sta\u00adti\u00adons krij\u00adgen. Indien nodig had de lijn noord\u00adwaarts kun\u00adnen wor\u00adden door\u00adge\u00adtrok\u00adken van sta\u00adti\u00adon Claust\u00adhal-Ost naar Hahnenklee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>De Eer\u00adste Wereld\u00adoor\u00adlog maak\u00adte een ein\u00adde aan de rea\u00adli\u00adsa\u00adtie van deze geplan\u00adde spoor\u00adlijn, die ver\u00adge\u00adlijk\u00adbaar zou zijn geweest met de H\u00f6l\u00adlental\u00adbahn in het Zwar\u00adte Woud.
