In 1754, King Fred\u00ader\u00adick II stopped at the rest\u00ading place known at the time as the \u201cUnfaith\u00adful Well\u201d dur\u00ading an inspec\u00adtion&nbsp;tour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>At the king\u2019s behest, fam\u00adi\u00adlies set\u00adtled as colonists between 1773 and 1775. The new\u00adly cre\u00adat\u00aded vil\u00adlage was giv\u00aden the name Friedrichs\u00adbrunn and the well was renamed \u201cFriedrichs\u00adbrun\u00adnen\u201d. <\/p>\n\n<p>The tourist devel\u00adop\u00adment of the tran\u00adquil vil\u00adlage of Friedrichs\u00adbrunn, which is now a&nbsp;pop\u00adu\u00adlar vaca\u00adtion des\u00adti\u00adna\u00adtion in the Bode Val\u00adley, began back in 1884.
